I pour my whole self into each painting—every piece carries emotion, thought, and a little dreaming. I hope something here truly speaks to you.

MY STORY

I’ve been creative since childhood, though I didn’t grow up with much formal creative nurturing. I was raised by a hard-working single father whose focus was on making sure there was food on the table, bills were paid, and two young girls had everything they needed. Art wasn’t a priority—but creativity was always present in other ways. Watching my father build, repair, and problem-solve around the home out of necessity gave me an early understanding of creativity as something practical, intuitive, and deeply human. That influence has stayed with me.

As I got older, the pull toward creativity became impossible to ignore. I began painting occasionally, at first simply to decorate my own home, and through that process started to imagine what it might feel like to live as a professional artist.

Earlier on, I studied interior design and later I became a professional freelance makeup artist, continuing to explore creative expression through different mediums. After relocating to Queensland and designing and building a new home, I made the decision to invest myself fully into art. From that point on, painting became not just something I was passionate about but something I committed to wholeheartedly.
